James Ray - Coordinator

As Program Coordinator, James is responsible for coordinating training workshops, seminars, client assessments, business consulting services and other technical assistance services for minority entrepreneurs. He is also charged with utilizing REI's statewide network of partnerships to help deliver services of the NABEC statewide. Services are be offered to start-up and established businesses wishing to expand their markets, services and products.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Ray is also a Certified Business Retention & Expansion Consultant and a graduate of the Oklahoma Community Institute, Citizens Academy. His work experience includes various service manager positions and he also has experience as a small business owner which will lend itself well to his position as coordinator of NABEC.






Genia Marcangeli - Business Development Specialist

As the Business Development Specialist, Genia provides business development services to assist clients in the creation, expansion and preservation of Minority-Owned businesses. She is available to assist clients with business plan development, marketing plans and research for finance opportunities. She also provides resource assistance to established businesses with opportunity matches, certifications and procurement proposals.

Genia is a graduate of Northeastern State University where she earned a B.A. in social work.
